Refund Policy
Since Simply Basically offers consumable products, we adhere to strict health and safety regulations. Because of this, we cannot accept returns on all items.
Return Eligibility:
• Your product may only be returned if it remains unopened and unused.
• If the tamper-proof seal has been broken or removed, we cannot process a return.
How to Start a Return:
To initiate a return, contact us at info@simplybasically.com. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process the refund.
