This fine powder blends well. It has a semi-sweet taste. I added to my coffee instead of creamer for the healthy ingredients. I am happy that it has both collagen and colostrum and has a good flavor. A good value for the money.

We've been taking this supplement for a couple of days now and will continue forever.
Here are the changes I feel:
Skin: Big difference. It is much more moist and a lot firmer, definitely a younger look, not only in the face but all over my body.
Hair: also stronger and thicker. It used to fell tons but not any more.
Nails: No difference.
Muscles: HUGE difference. I used to feel really weak - one of the reasons why I started taking this supplement- Two years ago I couldn't even bend down to get something in a cabinet because I couldn't get up by myself afterwards. Squatting was impossible. Now, I can, and not only that but I can climb stairs and do physical work that I couldn't do before.
Energy: Yes! I feel a lot more energetic all day long.

This supplement works miraculously if taken every day. I add it to chocolate shakes or orange juice. It doesn't change the taste. It is fantastic.
Now, don't expect to see results in a week or 2. It does take time and you must be consistent.

This is a simple-to-take daily powder. You only need one small scoop and has 5 essential nutrients, and it blends easily with water and other liquids. I like to add it to my daily protein shake. There is very little discernable flavor. I haven't experienced any negative effects from taking this supplement. I definitely recommend this product!

I love this product! My hair, skins, nails, joints and overall health are all improving. I can tell when I run out of product through my body’s response. I’m on my fourth container now and I love the results! It’s great for coffee but will mix with anything. The price is great considering how much better I feel while drinking it regularly. I actually have less pain throughout my day! The packaging reads 11g per serving, which is more than other brands, however it is potent enough that you can probably consume 7g per serving and have great results as well.

This product is great! I am trying to boost my immune system and am hopeful that I will notice great results after using this product for a bit longer. One thing I will note is that if you have an extreme dairy sensitivity, it may not work for you and may cause an upset stomach but, so far it has been working great for me! It is also extremely easy to add into coffee/tea in the morning!
